Welcome to Woodshire.
Welcome Home.

Our neighborhood is conveniently located just inside the Southwest corner of the 610 Loop in Houston, Texas.  We are less than 15 minutes from major points of interest in Houston including the Galleria, Rice Village, the Texas Medical Center corridor, NRG Park, and Downtown.  Woodshire residents enjoy a quiet neighborhood with safe streets and caring neighbors.  Our community looks forward to the City of Houston breaking ground in 2017 on a project aiming to improve our neighborhood drainage while also renovating our streets and sidewalks.  As part of the reconstruction, our membership has pledged to invest in updated LED street lighting as seen in neighboring communities such as West U and Woodside.  To make your donation today, click on the Fundraising tab or continue reading below for more information regarding our light fund campaign.  We welcome you to our new website and encourage you to learn more about our community and the topics that matter to our residents.

Decorative Light Upgrade Campaign

You have an opportunity of a lifetime to invest in our beautiful community today!  We need your financial support to reach our fundraising goal of $300 per household in order to replace and upgrade our existing street lighting to more aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly lights as our neighbors in West University and Woodside have done with their street reconstruction projects.  HPS or LED (TBD by Centerpoint) upgraded lighting produces less light pollution and sky pollution, allows our community to gain 30% more physical light poles, and ultimately provides a safer, more secure Woodshire.  Please contribute today by donating through PayPal below!
